Our Work

Carried out a series of three workshops in June and July 2024 with 15 students aged 11-16 years at Prajna Foundation. Each 1-hour-long workshop implemented specific sections of The Induction Activity Book, introducing students to the basics of electricity, covering concepts of static electricity and the importance of electricity in everyday life, as well as how to design and build simple series and parallel circuits. Workshops consisted of hands-on activities and interactive videos for students to fully engage in the concepts being taught.

Purchased and donated circuit-building kits consisting of LED bulbs, wires, and raw materials to create a circuit from scratch along with STEM activity kits with 500 fun STEM-based experiments for students at Prajna Foundation. These kits provided students with hands-on exposure to STEM applications, especially focusing on building an electrical circuit from scratch, applying learnings from the Watt's Up! Workshops. I researched methods of making a circuit in a safe and accessible manner for students and put together an itemized list of contents required as well as general STEM educational kits before compiling these and sending them to Prajna Foundation for students to enjoy and immerse themselves in the activities!
